Just like with any task planning is the key to success. Having a Professional Landscape Designer develop a Landscape Plan will assure Functionality, Shedding or Harvesting of water to prevent erosion. The flow of a landscape, is it easy and pleasurable to walk from one are to the next. Purpose, is your landscape a play area or a place to escape to and relax. Are you wanting to incorporate growing food?  When designing a landscape you plan for the future growth of your plantings. You've put a lot of work into installing your yard so having to remove plants in the future due to over planting is to be avoided. With all my years of designing and building landscapes I have the experience to design the yard that you and your family will enjoy for years to come.

On occasion when developing the perfect landscape the need for a Porch to be extended or constructed becomes evident or you have a beautiful landscape that you'd like to maintain yourself but no storage shed for the tools. Over the many years of designing we've had to draw architectural drawings to be submitted for permits. Our experience includes total House Designs, Porches, Garages, Gazebos and Storage Sheds. If you are planning on any construction project that require permits we have the creativity, knowledge and experience to develop the designs for you.

Design fees vary depending on the size of the yard to be designed or how much existing hardscape needs to be drawn. Options also include a strictly conceptual plan, visual placement of plants and hardscape or detailed plans including Irrigation details and low voltage Lighting Placement. These plans start at $300.00 per yard for conceptual and $500.00 for detailed drawing. Large properties or yards with with existing hardscape may be more. If you're ready to get started on your dream landscape with a Consultation or Design you can purchase them here. If a consultation turns into a design then the consultation fee will be deducted from the design fee.
